My long track record writing and reviewing flood risk documents (when I acted on behalf of regulators) means I am well-placed to provide critical feedback on proposals.

With pre-application advice now a costly extra and public bodies under strain and unable to provide responses outside of statutory timescales, I can provide a rapid review of Flood Risk Assessments or other submissions to assess whether they are likely to meet regulatory requirements. This can save time and money in the long run, and avoid proposals being made public until flood risk issues are resolved.

As an experienced project manager and reviewer of flood risk deliverables, I am also available to provide ad hoc support to established flood risk management teams.
